The Arc of Essex County to Host a Meet the Support Coordination Agencies Night March 2nd

As New Jersey’s Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) continues to transition to the fee-for-service system, families will be asked to choose a support coordinator.  Your support coordinator will be critical to the success for you and your family member in accessing and maintaining services.  DDD is requesting many families to choose their support coordinator NOW!  Additionally, the graduating class of 2017 will need to identify a support coordinator before services can begin after graduation.

Join The Arc of Essex County for a “Meet the Support Coordination Agencies” event on Thursday, March 2nd to meet the agencies currently servicing Essex County to make the best choice for you and your family.  This event will take place at The Arc of Essex County’s Opportunity Zone Day program at 58 Burnett Avenue in Maplewood from 6 – 7:30 p.m.
