DESCRIPTION:As 2025 graduates approach the end of the school year\, families will be asked to choose a support coordinator. Your support coordinator is a critical part of your family’s ability to successfully access and maintain services through New Jersey’s Division of Developmental Disabilities. The graduating class of 2025 will need to identify a support coordinator before services can begin after graduation. \nIf you do not have a support coordinator\, are unhappy with your current support coordinator and would like to select a new one\, or are looking for information\, join The Arc of Essex County at this event to meet the agencies currently serving Essex County to make the best choice for you and your family. \nSPACE IS LIMITED.
