Please join us in the first of a two-part series where Nancy Kaser-Boyd, Ph.D., Clinical Professor of Psychology at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA, will discuss how a diagnosed mental disorder should relate to the criminal justice standard of criminal responsibility, or men's rea, as an element of prosecution. She will elaborate on the chapter Criminal Responsibility, authored for the book Representing People with ASD, edited by attorney Elizabeth Kelley.
