The Arc of Essex County to Host a Meet the Support Coordination Agencies Night March 6th

As New Jersey’s Division of Developmental Disabilities continues to transition to the fee-for-service system and 2019 graduates approach the end of the school year, families will be asked to choose a support coordinator.  Your support coordinator is a critical part of you and your family member’s ability to successfully access and maintain services.  The graduating class of 2019 will need to identify a support coordinator before services can begin after graduation.

If you do not have a support coordinator or would like to select a new one, join The Arc of Essex County for a “Meet the Support Coordination Agencies” event on Wednesday, March 6th.  Meet the agencies currently serving Essex County to make the best choice for you and your family.
