Get ready to raise a glass for a great cause! The Arc of Essex County’s Uncorked & Uncapped returns for its eighth year on Thursday, October 1, from 6 to 9 p.m. at The Hanover Manor in East Hanover, bringing together an impressive lineup of food, wine, beer, spirits, cocktails, and more for one of the agency’s signature fundraising events.

Guests will enjoy three hours of tastings set to live music, with dozens of vendors offering flavors from around the region and beyond. Best of all, proceeds from the evening support The Arc of Essex County as they empower children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to lead full and rewarding lives.

This year’s food lineup has something for just about every appetite. Guests can look forward to samples from barbecue to Italian favorites to Ethiopian fare and beyond. Dessert selections planned for the evening range from baked goods and pastries to gelato, custom ice cream sandwiches, and more.

Of course, Uncorked & Uncapped wouldn’t be complete without plenty to sip. The current beverage lineup includes wines and sangria, craft beer, and spirits and cocktails, as well as a smoothies and juices..
