Uncorked & Uncapped Brings Community Together for Food, Drink, and Fun

The Arc of Essex County raised a glass to another successful Uncorked & Uncapped on Thursday, October 1, bringing together friends and supporters for an evening of great food, drinks, music, and fun, all in support of children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families.

Guests had the opportunity to sample offerings from an exciting lineup of restaurants, breweries, wineries, distilleries, and non-alcoholic beverage makers, with both returning favorites and new vendors joining the event this year. Guests mingled, discovered new favorites, and enjoyed a night out for a great cause, all with live music from Songbird in the air.

The evening also featured plenty of opportunities to support The Arc’s mission beyond the tastings, including a silent auction and 50/50 raffle.

Uncorked & Uncapped would not be possible without the generous businesses and organizations that support the event. The Arc extends its sincere thanks to this year’s sponsors:

Platinum Sponsor: PSEG

Gold Sponsors: Walsh, Pizzi, O’Reilly, Falanga; Verizon Connect; and Marsh Agency

Silver Sponsors: Bird Pharma Consulting and Primepoint

Promotional Sponsor: Glen Taylor Real Estate

Bronze Sponsors: Benefit Management Solutions; Philadelphia Insurance; NisiVoccia; My Limousine Service; Britcher Leone & Sergio; Avcom Communications LLC; TD Bank; and Glen Taylor Real Estate

We are grateful to each of these sponsors, as well as the vendors, donors, volunteers, attendees, and everyone else who helped make the evening possible. Their generosity helps The Arc of Essex County continue providing opportunities, services, and support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities throughout every stage of life.
