Julie had been a part of The Arc of Essex family for about 25 years, attending Arc day programs and Camp Hope through the years while residing at the West Caldwell Group Home. Julie will be remembered for her determination and independence, her boisterous and engaging personality, and her ability to advocate for what she wanted.
